This one’s a pretty silly private joke, but I love the result.
Behold for some non-sense ahead!
The worst part about this private joke is it only works in Spanish. Long story short, someone at a book release (maybe a very pretentious prick, I mean, come on!) talked about a turn to the past and a turn to the future on the narrative and turn in Spanish is giro which is pronounced like hiro (I don’t know anything about linguistics, so I can’t use any phonetic transcription system symbols or whatever they’re called. Sorry) and I was at the event with my friend Hyro and… See? I told you it was silly. In fact, I would be surprised if you get to read all the post. More surprised if you get to understand what the hell I’m talking about; I’m not sure to get it my self.
25.Mar.2013 Celebrate Regenerate; Good god, Lemon; and some sketchy monsters
Heeeeey… this is awkward, long time not posting, etc.
This year we’re celebrating Doctor Who 50 anniversary, and Lewis Christian from the Celebrate Regenerate project asked to draw the book’s cover. I can’t tell you how proud I am of the result.

I’m gonna miss 30 Rock.

And snails, I may be molluscophobic.
Last week I went to the laundry room and saw a little slug and I was too scared to do something for three whole minutes. Aw yeah, I’m a huge coward, freaking irrational fear. Just FYI, I don’t like cockroaches either, nor bees.
And something silly. I blame Tim Minchin (And the celebration rave the Ewoks have at the end of The Return Of The Jedi)

I’ve been working on a comic about pirates my friend Ana wrote based on my (stating the bleeding obvious) pirate characters (here, here, here, here and here) It would take longer than I thought because my graphics table is useless and I had to return my niece’s tablet.

In other news, I don’t know if I be able to update on Christmas, I would not be at home; not that I’ve been updating a lot but… I’m drawing some stuff I would like to upload before New Year. Thing is, I will not have a nice PC to work on my stuff.

Sorry for the lack of updates; this whole Real Life® stuff is making me nuts.
The sketch is an oldie. Io was my character in Mage, The Awakening; an Acanthus, Free Council. I made the coloured version yesterday playing with a software called Sai.
